Care and Support

Stephen Ministry

Stephen Ministry is an expansion of Bethany’s ministry program. Trained lay people provide confidential, one-to-one Christian care to individuals in our congregation and community who are experiencing difficulties in their lives. Those who are hurting receive the love and care they need through compassionate listening, exploring feelings, praying .and sharing Christ’s love. Pastoral Care Deacons

Our deacons continue visiting or calling and sending cards to our home-bound and nursing home patients. They support a program where the congregation sends Valentine, Easter, and Christmas cards. There is a Heart to Heart table that offers all types of cards for members of the congregation.

Prayer Support

We have an email prayer chain. You can either submit a request or join the prayer chain by contacting our Prayer Chain Coordinator.
